When you prepare job details
The form uses the name, contact information, service, borough, and job details you enter to create a draft in your browser. Preparing it does not submit those fields to a Borough Clean Out server, send a message, or book a service. The website does not intentionally save these fields in cookies or browser local storage. Your browser may retain information through autofill, history, or session restoration.
Copying places the draft on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a text file on your device. Those copies may remain until you clear or delete them. If you use a connected assistant to prepare the form, that assistant receives the prepared request; its own service terms and privacy practices also apply.
